Job Description:

Praper Media is seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Strategist to work closely with our podcast editing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the editing team to plan podcast episodes, create interesting storylines, and make sure every episode connects with the audience. If you love podcasts, storytelling, and enjoy working in a creative and fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize episodes to make sure they’re engaging and match the overall theme of the podcast.
• Work with the podcast team to create captivating stories that keep listeners interested from beginning to end.
• Research topics and learn about audience preferences to create content that resonates.
• Organize and manage the podcast content calendar to ensure episodes are produced and released on time.
• Keep up with industry trends, audience behaviors, and other podcasts to improve our content strategies.
• Improve content to increase audience engagement, making episodes relatable and engaging.

Requirements:

• Experience in content strategy, especially with podcasts or audio content.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives.
• Great communication and teamwork skills, especially when working with different teams.
• Ability to use audience data and trends to shape and improve content.
• Passion for podcasts and a good understanding of what makes an episode successful.
